About the role

Counsellor at D J Sanghvi Career Site. Experience in handling one-to-one counselling, behavioural concerns, career guidance, and sensitive situations will be preferred.

What you'll do

• Conduct individual counselling sessions and provide appropriate emotional, behavioural, academic, career, or personal guidance as required
• Understand and assess concerns through active listening, structured discussions, and appropriate counselling techniques
• Provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for individuals seeking counselling
• Assist individuals in identifying concerns, developing coping strategies, and making informed decisions
• Provide guidance on interpersonal, workplace, academic, career, and other relevant concerns

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Counselling
• ICSE curriculum
• Cambridge curriculum
• CBSE curriculum
• Diploma
