• Counsel patients and their attendants regarding treatment options and procedures
• Explain treatment plans, packages, and estimated costs
• Address patient concerns and provide appropriate guidance
• Assist patients in making informed healthcare decisions
• Explain billing processes, payment options, and insurance coverage
