Counselor cum telecaller

About the role

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and result-oriented Counselor cum Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, counsel prospective customers or students, explain available courses or services, and convert inquiries into admissions or sales.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective students or customers and respond to incoming inquiries
• Explain courses, programs, products, or services clearly and professionally
• Counsel students or customers according to their needs, interests, and requirements
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Generate leads, maintain inquiry records

What you need
