Coupa Tier 3 Systems Administrator

About the role

As a Senior Coupa Systems Administrator, you will serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex platform issues, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement. You will oversee key procurement capabilities, including strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier administration, and purchasing workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage Tier 3 technical escalations: Act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, configuration challenges, and system defects within the Coupa platform
• Administer Coupa Sourcing: Manage and optimize sourcing functionality, including strategic sourcing events, bidding processes, and related workflows
• Oversee contract lifecycle management: Administer the Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) module, maintaining contract governance, streamlining approval workflows
• Manage supplier information and relationships: Maintain supplier data accuracy and integrity, oversee supplier onboarding and ongoing record management
• Optimize procurement workflows: Configure and support Coupa Procurement functionality, including requisitioning and purchasing processes, to improve usability
