CPA Executive

About the role

Working within the Manpower – Back Office team, you will ensure high‑quality service delivery, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of our customer experience processes. Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

What you'll do

• Ensure high‑quality service delivery, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of our customer experience processes
• Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
• Provide clear, accurate information on BFSI products, services, and policies
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and update CRM records to reflect resolution status
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements for all communications
