About the role

This role blends strong technical accounting expertise with excellent customer‑care skills to maintain trust and satisfaction across our client base. Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial statements and regulatory filings for BFSI clients. Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other relevant financial regulations.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial statements and regulatory filings for BFSI clients
• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other relevant financial regulations
• Coordinate with the back‑office team to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes
• Act as the first point of contact for client financial inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses
• Investigate and resolve client issues related to billing, payments, and account discrepancies
