About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Travel Administrator to manage end-to-end domestic and international travel for our employees. You will coordinate flights, hotels, and visas, work with multiple travel agencies to get the best service and pricing, and make sure every trip is smooth, compliant with company policy, and cost-effective.

What you'll do

• International and Domestic Travel Booking
• Plan and book international and domestic flights, hotels, ground transport, and travel insurance based on employee requirements and company travel policy
• Build cost-effective itineraries, compare fares and routes, and handle rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
• Support urgent and last-minute travel, including changes during the trip
• Manage the full visa process for business travel to multiple countries, including business, work, and transit visas

What you need
