CRE Environmental Risk Review Analyst

About the role

As an Environmental Risk Review Analyst supporting the Bank’s real estate lending activities, you will procure, review, and analyze environmental reports to identify conditions impacting secured and/or owned real estate. You will provide technical opinions on the adequacy and appropriateness of findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

What you'll do

• Review environmental records and reports related to commercial real estate secured loan transactions
• Conduct collateral-asset analysis on real estate lending, management, and owned real estate acquisition and disposition processes
• Serve as a link between Bank personnel and the data provided in environmental reports
• Provide timely review, analyses, and recommendations
• Coordinate, monitor, and/or manage requests for proposals, project scope definition, job award, and work-product review of environmental consultants

What you need
