What you'll do

  • Track leads generated by social media marketing/ ATL-BTL promotions, contact the customer and communicate specific lead to the appropriate sales person
  • Track lead creation through CRM by sales personnel on the ground
  • Track customer interface through influencer meets, electrician meets and verify through customer feedback and random verification through visits
  • Addresses all queries raised by customers through toll free call and other online platforms and escalates as applicable
  • Collates key customer data and wishes them on special occasions
