What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to customers
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
