Creative & Technical Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced creative & technical trainer to upskill and mentor our junior/entry-level creative designers and developers. In this role, you will design and conduct structured training programs covering end-to-end digital ad banner creation, from static graphic design and interactive HTML5 development to dynamic video ad editing.

What you'll do

• Training & Curriculum Development
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish and maintain design guidelines, code templates, and best practices documentation for display ads and video editing
• Design & Motion Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe After Effects (or equivalent video editing software)
• Experience working within or training teams in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment
