Creative Content Lead

About the role

Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side. As this shift accelerates, the definition of strong technical talent is changing. We give companies better ways to identify and invest in next-generation skills. People at HackerRank care deeply about the impact of their work and sweat the small details so our customers can be wildly successful with products they genuinely love to use.

What you'll do

• Write the narrative. Long-form well researched pieces
• X posts with a hook and major compelling points with a clear rationale
• Video scripts for Hackonomics that earn the first two seconds
• Founder posts that sound exactly like the founder, not like a brand
• Take a genuinely technical idea, agents, assessments, the economics of AI hiring, and make it land for both the engineer and the CEO reading it

What you need

• SEO
• Writing
• Social media
• Performance marketing
• Any graduate
