Creative Designer - Team Lead - Paytm Ads

About the role

Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG. We’re seeking a Creative Design to own and drive the visual communication strategy for in-app ad campaigns, marketing collaterals, and innovation projects across the Paytm Ads ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Resize and adapt brand-provided creatives across multiple ad formats (Display, Video, Audio)
• Design ad creatives from scratch for branding and performance campaigns
• Create mockups and visual concepts for sales pitch decks, media kits, and new ad formats
• Edit and optimize video and motion creatives using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Format and optimize audio ads as per platform and delivery specifications

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Figma
• Visual design
• Any graduate
