About the role

We are looking for a passionate and instinct-driven Creative Producer to lead the development and execution of high-impact microdrama content at Storizz. This role demands a deep understanding of bingeable storytelling mechanics, such as a hook in the first 5 seconds, escalation every minute, and a payoff that drives binge behavior.

What you'll do

• Script & Creative Development
• Review, develop, and refine scripts for microdrama projects
• Provide clear, creative feedback to writers and internal teams
• Ensure strong hooks, pacing, and emotional engagement
• Maintain alignment with brand tone and audience preferences

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Writing
• Editing
• Content strategy
• Storytelling
• Any graduate
