About the role

The Creative Strategist at Alter Marketing Solutions bridges the gap between strategic thinking and creative execution. While rooted in strong copywriting expertise, this role goes beyond writing — leading campaign ideation, building client pitches, and nurturing the creative direction of projects.

What you'll do

• 1.Creative & Strategic Contributions
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate campaign ideas
• Conceptualize, write, and present campaign pitches (including OOH, digital, ad films, and integrated campaigns)
• Develop engaging and impactful copy for OOH, ad films, and creative campaigns, while providing oversight for social media content
• Translate client briefs into creative strategies, ensuring ideas are innovative, effective, and aligned with brand objectives
