About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, creatively driven Lead Designer with a strong design sensibility, conceptual thinking, and a passion for digital-first creativity. The ideal candidate should be able to lead visual storytelling across brands, drive innovative creative solutions, and deliver high-impact work across social media, digital campaigns, and integrated brand communication.

What you'll do

• Lead the creative design direction for social media, digital campaigns, and integrated brand communication
• Develop strong visual concepts, campaign key visuals, and distinctive design languages that bring brand ideas to life
• Drive creative excellence across social media content, digital activations, performance creatives, and brand campaigns
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop impactful creative solutions
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives that connect with audiences and strengthen brand identity
