Credentialing Manager

About the role

As Credentialing Manager, you will lead multiple Team Leads and oversee the execution of credentialing operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for driving team performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.

What you'll do

• Operational Oversight and Business Continuity
• Own client health as a KPI, led by operating excellence and drive credentialing performance metrics ensuring SLAs are consistently met and quality remains high
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and increase automation adoption
• Ensure business continuity by proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and implementing workarounds when external factors impact operations
• Manage client escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently while minimizing business and client impact
