What you'll do

• Implement strategies to optimize the productivity of relationship managers, enabling them to efficiently reach out to clients and cater to their needs effectively
• Prepare comprehensive CAMs for SME proposals, conducting financial statement, bureau, and credit analyses
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal processes to improve TAT and operational efficiency
• Conduct due diligence on client projections, financial data, and regulatory compliance, highlighting risks in CAMs and monitoring accounts
• Draft internal communications, notes for authorities, and necessary reports
