Credit Analyst

About the role

The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting robust financial risk assessments and managing debt settlement operations to achieve minimized default rates and sustainable loan refinancing outcomes by delivering empathetic customer guidance and data-driven credit insights. Operating with a senior level of execution, this role ensures all loan evaluations and settlement structures align perfectly with the company's risk appetite and regulatory frameworks.

What you'll do

• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness by performing deep-dive analyses on credit bureau reports, bank statements, and KYC documentation
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk profiling for loan applications to determine capacity and alignment with internal credit policies
• Identify early-warning default indicators and recommend structural mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's capital
• Assess borrower repayment capacities rigorously prior to restructuring to ensure the long-term feasibility of the consolidated settlement structure
• Execute end-to-end settlement processing for current liabilities, ensuring full accuracy in the consolidation of multiple obligations
