Credit and collection Analyst

About the role

Candidates will own a Portfolio of accounts monitor a key customer-facing email alias and ensure queries are replied to within the required SLAs 15- 20 Calls/emails per day to collect outstanding accounts receivable Sending invoice copies to the customers along with the statement of accounts Interacting with the internal finance department

What you'll do

• Issuing dunning letters to the customers
• Interacting with the internal finance department
• Responsible for ensuring 60+ debt is below 3% each month
• Identify key areas for change or improvement - be involved in Projects
