Credit and Collections Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing stakeholder communication, invoicing, collection strategy and detail-oriented approach. This is a hybrid role from Mumbai Powai location and work hours are 2pm – 11pm IST.

What you'll do

• Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue balances, and proactively drive collection activity
• Maintain accurate records and report on account status, activity, and aging trends
• Meet established collection, cash flow, deadline, and performance targets
• Meet monthly with Managing Directors to review DSO, provisions, aging trends, collection performance, and material account risks
• Prepare concise portfolio updates, recommend actions for overdue or at-risk accounts, and document owners, commitments, and follow-up dates
