About the role

Responsible for quality underwriting of home loans within stipulated timelines, adhering to HL policy and regulatory parameters.

What you'll do

• Conduct credit appraisal and underwriting for self-employed customers; Assess risk and repayment capacity by reviewing financial documents
• Review files post-login within stipulated timelines and address shortfalls; Initiate technical valuations for value-based loans
• Maintain relationships with channel partners to process loan applications within defined TAT; Coordinate with legal, technical, CCV
• Interaction and Loan Counseling
• Engage with customers via phone or email to understand their needs; Clarify document-related queries to make informed loan decisions

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience

• CA Intermediate or Chartered Accountant or MBA or M.Com
