About the role

as part of the credit card bill payments (ccbp) team at CRED, you'll be responsible for the overall growth of credit-card bill payments on the platform - the flow through which members pay their credit card bills (their own and others') via CRED. ccbp is one of the highest-frequency, highest-trust actions on the app, and directly compounds into CRED's growth and retention.

What you'll do

• Build a community like this requires a community of its own; a community special in its own way, working towards making this vision come true
• Track and report on these levers daily/weekly/monthly, owning monthly planning and flagging deviations early
• Own execution across the bill-pay funnel (discovery, reminders, payment, retry/failure), building preventive and reactive interventions to lift conversion
• Translate broader category strategy into concrete campaigns, experiments, and milestones you can ship and measure
• Own merchandising for ccbp on and off app - home page assets, cross-sell placements, communication plans
