Credit Control Manager – Mumbai

About the role

This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the company's credit control processes. You will ensure adherence to credit policies, mitigate bad debts, and maintain positive cash flow.

What you'll do

• Oversee the collection of payments from customers, track outstanding invoices, and manage payment follow-ups
• Handle the submission of bills for processing and coordinate follow-ups through various communication channels
• Maintain detailed records of transactions in Excel and manage the scheduling of invoices on a monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly basis
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of receivables accounts and prepare financial reports
• Drive timely payments by making reminder calls and conducting in-person visits as needed
