About the role

Responsible for peer-review process in underwriting & field visit review process in sampling to ensure that the credit mechanism is robust and scalable Responsible for publishing Branch credit quality scores and red- reports to the senior management team based on the inputs from underwriting & credit intelligence team.

What you'll do

• Responsible for peer-review process in underwriting & field visit review process in sampling to ensure that the credit mechanism is robust and scalable
• Responsible for publishing Branch credit quality scores and red- reports to the senior management team based on the inputs from underwriting & credit intelligence team
• Responsible to monitor construction completion for fully disbursed cases in retail loan to comply with regulatory norms
• Follow-up on bounce collection through branch and business team to ensure zero delinquency

What you need

• 3–8 yrs of experience
