About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Credit Manager to lead a team of credit professionals in underwriting and managing proposals for Working Capital Finance, including both fund and non-fund based products. The role involves evaluating customer proposals, structuring deals, and ensuring high-quality credit decisions within defined turnaround times.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Credit Managers and oversee underwriting activities
• Ensure high-quality underwriting and support branch business targets through training
• Conduct customer visits for personal discussions and deal structuring
• Monitor portfolio quality through regular review of monitoring reports
• Evaluate proposals for Home Loans and Loan Against Property
