What you'll do

• Provide inputs towards the structuring of the deal, ensuring compliance with internal risk and external regulatory requirements
• Carry out an analysis of the balance sheet and recent financial results of developers and their organizations
• Carry out background research on the project, the developer and the regional market
• Interact with the Legal and Technical agencies to ensure that property risk have been understood and mitigated

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Credit risk

• Chartered Accountant or MBA
