About the role

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on managing credit operations, including handling customer inquiries, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records.

• Play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding credit-related matters
• Process and evaluate credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit operations, including loan applications and approvals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth credit processes and resolve any issues that may arise
