Credit Operation Executive

About the role

You will act as the primary liaison for credit‑related inquiries, oversee transaction validation, coordinate with internal and external partners, and uphold compliance standards while delivering a seamless customer experience. Receive and acknowledge inbound credit inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary liaison for credit‑related inquiries, oversee transaction validation, coordinate with internal and external partners
• Receive and acknowledge inbound credit inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalations, and exceptions promptly
• Maintain accurate records in the credit management system and ensure data integrity
• Communicate status updates and required documentation to customers and internal teams
