Credit Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credit Operations Executive to manage credit underwriting and risk assessment at the branch level. The ideal candidate will evaluate loan applications, ensure compliance with credit policy, and support business growth by maintaining a healthy portfolio.

What you'll do

• Manage post-sanction conditions and act as branch custodian for the Synoriq post-approval process
• Ensure timely clearance of pre-disbursement checklists and system triggers within defined TATs
• Coordinate with internal teams, RMs, and customers to resolve pending conditions before disbursement
• Facilitate and track e-signing of loan agreements and sanction letters
• Initiate and monitor NACH registration , resolving rejections or technical issues
