About the role

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, while also providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.

• Review and assess customer creditworthiness, making informed decisions on credit limits and terms
• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

What you need

• 20–30 yrs of experience
