About the role

The Credit Processing Manager – Unsecured Loans is responsible for evaluating, approving, and monitoring unsecured loan applications while ensuring portfolio quality, risk control, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business objectives. The role involves developing credit policies, managing underwriting, analyzing credit risk trends, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio also ensure on audit compliance

What you'll do

• Review and approve unsecured loan applications in line with credit policy and delegated authority
• Analyze customer creditworthiness using income documents, bureau reports, bank statements, and alternative data sources
• Evaluate risk parameters such as repayment capacity, indebtedness, credit history, and fraud indicators
• Recommend approvals, declines, or policy exceptions with adequate justification
• Develop and implement credit policies, underwriting guidelines, and risk controls
