About the role

The Upkeep & Maintenance Team looks into the upkeep functions for the CRES Department. The Role involves extensive travelling and simultaneously co-ordination of work during travelling

What you'll do

  • Ensure that upkeep maintenance activities at branches/offices are carried out by facility vendors in terms of the contract agreed with them. Branches/offices should be…
  • Responsible for selection of premise for new branch/offices, as and when assigned
  • Co-ordinate for relocation of branch/office premise in the allocated Circle/s
  • Manage departmental budgets for electricity, property taxes and repairs and maintenance
  • Contract and coordinate the work of vendors
