Critical Care Assistant

About the role

To assess patient health problems and needs, develop, and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.

What you'll do

• Works evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays according to the schedule compiled by the head of department
• Monitors clinical and other established indicators to ensure ongoing quality assurance
• Strictly adheres to organization’s regulations and policies especially those related to infection control, patient safety and JCI
• Supports Continuous Quality Improvement and participates and contributes to all the quality assurance activities of the service
• Anticipates and contributes to scheduled in-service training programs like ACLS, BLS, CNEs, CMEs, In house activities, conferences or other programs as requested

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• ICU care
• Patient care
• Infection control
• ACLS
• BLS
• Diploma
