CRM and Insights Manager

About the role

The CRM and Insights Manager combines CRM and analytics skills to oversee the administration of the CRM system and drive analytics initiatives, ensuring data governance and quality. This role is responsible for managing customer master data and leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to generate actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Act as a BI expert, providing actionable insights through close collaboration with sales and marketing teams
• Manage key projects related to advanced analytics, from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analysis, to optimize resource allocation
• Deliver and communicate key insights through comprehensive and ad hoc reporting, ensuring relevance and quality
• Monitor ongoing campaign performance using customer engagement data to support continuous improvement
• Support the development of incentive management processes and ensure timely delivery of incentive calculations for the commercial team
