CRM Developer

About the role

The CRM Developer & Data Analyst will be responsible for administering and enhancing MS Dynamics CRM , developing Power Platform solutions, and delivering Power BI reporting to support Commercial Office objectives. This role ensures accurate commercial data capture, workflow automation, system integration, and high-quality reporting that enables governance adherence, sales performance visibility, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• MS Dynamics CRM Administration & Enhancement
• Maintain, configure, and enhance MS Dynamics CRM to align with Commercial Office standards
• Design and manage custom entities, fields, workflows, business rules, and security roles
• Ensure accurate commercial data capture and structured pipeline management
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user adoption
