About the role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager – Projects with 7+ years of relevant experience in CRM implementation and project management . The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with CRM products, gathering client requirements, managing implementations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• CRM Implementation & Project Management
• Manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Understand client business processes, requirements, and pain points and translate them into CRM solutions
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
