CRM Manager – Tide Credit

About the role

This role sits within Tide’s Credit CRM team - a collaborative group of marketers driven by ownership, experimentation, and impact.

What you'll do

• Inherit an excellent base line communications programme that you’ll be tasked to expand, drive and optimise through ever-increasing personalisation
• Lead the planning and execution of CRM strategies for Tide credit products, aligned with business objectives and growth targets
• Analyse campaigns and report out to immediate stakeholders on trends and recommendations. Use data to define
• Implement highly targeted strategies to optimise campaign performance and maximise member product adoption and lifetime value
• Have autonomy to develop and implement a test and learn plan, A/B tests and optimisation strategies
