What you'll do

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of cross-border data control operations frameworks with the Control Execution Teams
• Oversee ongoing control operations monitoring, reporting, and issue remediation activities
• Manage end-to-end controls recertification processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management to ensure consistent and high-quality control execution across regions and functions
• Establish and maintain governance routines, performance metrics, and management reporting to support informed decision-making
