Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2)

About the role

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is a developing engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is able to restore service to clients.

What you'll do

• End to end management (provisioning, operations, and maintenance) of the entire underlying hardware infrastructure delivered as part of the scope
• Tools administration - Motadata - Ticketing and monitoring
• Server, VMs, Storage and Back up management (Tape library)
• Cisco server, Netapp, Nutanix and Dell experience

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Cloud security
• B.Tech or B.E.
