About the role

Ensuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as corporate governance codes and industry-specic guidelines. Coordinating and preparing for board meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
