What you'll do

  • Manage RBI and FEMA compliances related to overseas investments
  • Prepare, review, and file regulatory reports and submissions within prescribed timelines
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and external advisors
  • Monitor RBI notifications, FEMA amendments, and regulatory changes
  • Maintain compliance trackers and ensure timely completion of obligations
