About the role

Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses Working with the store team in assisting them in achieving the store targets Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.

What you'll do

What you need

• 1–3 years in retail & store operations
• Customer service
• Sales
• Retail sales
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
