About the role

We are hiring a senior Regional Business Development Manager – West to drive specification‑led business growth by building strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and key project stakeholders across the Western region.

What you'll do

Drive regional business growth through Architect & Interior Designer (AID) engagement
Establish product specifications with leading architects, interior designers, and consultants
Identify and develop project opportunities across commercial, residential, and institutional segments
Manage key accounts, developers, and strategic partners
Drive specification conversion in coordination with sales and channel teams
