CTO Blockchain Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Consultant to provide strategic guidance, solution design, and implementation oversight for projects involving stablecoin/tokenization issuance, crypto trading platforms, and cross-chain interoperability. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable.

What you'll do

• Assess client requirements and define blockchain adoption strategy for stablecoins and trading use cases
• Recommend protocols, platforms, and interoperability frameworks aligned with business goals
• Create reference architectures for stablecoin lifecycle (issuance, redemption, reserves) and trading systems (CEX/DEX integration)
• Define custody models, wallet strategies (MPC/HSM), and compliance workflows (KYC/AML, Travel Rule)
• Guide development teams on smart contract best practices, security audits, and performance optimization
