CTO Senior Blockchain Developer

About the role

We are hiring a Senior / Principal Blockchain Engineer with 5 to 12+ years of professional experience to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable blockchain solutions across regulated financial services and asset tokenization use cases.

What you'll do

• Design and implement blockchain-based applications for institutional finance, tokenized funds, and real-world assets, ensuring security, scalability
• Develop and maintain smart contracts and on-chain workflows, modeling real-world financial agreements with strong correctness, auditability, and access control
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC, event-driven) with blockchain networks and enterprise systems
• Implement privacy, security, and key-management patterns, including role-based access, secure signing, and cryptography-driven components
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across development, testing, and production environments using modern DevOps practices
