About the role

The role entails direct customer interaction and is responsible for seamless customer onboarding experience. The role holder will be responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements. What you'll do

• Ensure seamless customer onboarding experience, by ensuring best in-class customer service standards and processes
• Responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements
• Provide timely support to Business stake holders and manage client expectations
• Ensure that TAT is always maintained
• Timely response to the Client queries
