Custom Software Engineer

About the role

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating efforts to ensure the application meets project requirements, and serving as the main liaison for communication and decision-making.

• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals
