What you'll do
- Provide 24x7 support for DataPower environments under AMS scope
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity implement proactive measures to prevent incidents
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management)
- Maintain disaster recovery plans and participate in DR drills
- Troubleshoot and resolve middleware issues within defined SLAs
