About the role

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. What you'll do

• Design and build Copilot Studio agents, including topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, and conversation/agent flows
• Configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers to ground agent responses accurately
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows to extend agent actions, handle backend processes, and connect to line-of-business systems
• Implement and consume MCP Server tool/plugin connections to extend agent capabilities beyond native Copilot Studio actions
• Configure and test agent publishing across channels (Teams, web, custom apps) and manage environment/ALM practices (dev-test-prod)

• 5–9 yrs of experience
